Consumer Experience Management

The Consumer Experience Management program prepares graduates for a new a new paradigm of managing consumer experiences across services and products.  Business are seeking graduates with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, data analytics, and digital applications to develop insights and strategies for differentiated consumer experiences with services and products.  Consumer experience management brings an understanding of consumers that is so complete it creates loyal advocates for a business. Examples of consumer services include retail and wholesale trade, leisure and hospitality, travel and tourism, sports and events, and media and entertainment.  Examples of consumer products include food and beverage, apparel and fashion, home furnishings and accessories, major and small appliances, lawn and garden, and health and wellness.

Students in the Consumer Experience Management program may select one or two interdisciplinary concentrations of 15-33 hours each.
